Responsibilities
Advise existing and new customers on all questions related to our product range in the areas of flooring, terraces and doors
Independently prepare quotes and process orders for our private and commercial customers from retail and wholesale
Coordinate across departments from quote preparation and site measurement through to scheduling our installation team
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial or trade apprenticeship, e.g. as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant, retail salesperson, building materials merchant, carpenter or joiner
Ideally some initial sales experience, preferably from a DIY/hardware store environment
Enthusiasm for advising customers and selling our high-quality products
Friendly and confident demeanor with both private and professional customers
