Responsibilities
Achieve sales objectives and drive revenue growth by structuring and securing new marketing contracts with owners and developers of small and medium sized apartments, condos and single-family homes
Client Relationship Management: Form strong relationships with apartment owners and developers by meeting them at their locations
Sales Growth and Revenue Generation: Develop and manage sales opportunities to meet sales targets
Contract Negotiation and Closing: Create and present proposals to customers, and negotiate contract terms with internal contract managers and legal
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
2+ years of related sales experience
