Responsibilities
Structure, run and evolve the operational routines for the accounts under your management.
Lead alignment meetings (daily stand-ups, checkpoints and status meetings), ensuring clear priorities.
Monitor deadlines, quality and execution of deliverables, anticipating risks and proposing solutions.
Manage multiple simultaneous requests, reallocating tasks as needed.
Manage medium and large accounts with diverse workflows and clients.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area's processes, tools and ways of working.
Support and mentor mid-level and junior analysts, serving as a technical and behavioral reference.
Maintain clear, collaborative communication with creative, planning, media and client service teams.
Requirements
Strong experience in operations, project management, client service or similar roles, preferably in an agency.
Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple demands and tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a systems-thinking perspective.
Good communication, a collaborative attitude and professional maturity.
Autonomy, proactivity and a strong sense of ownership for deliverables.
