Requirements
- Strong experience in operations, project management, client service or similar roles, preferably in an agency.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple demands and tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with a systems-thinking perspective.
- Good communication, a collaborative attitude and professional maturity.
- Autonomy, proactivity and a strong sense of ownership for deliverables.
