Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support (in person, by phone and via the ticketing system) for desktops, laptops, peripherals and software.
Install, configure and maintain Windows/Mac laptops, docking stations and mobile devices.
Assist with account management and access control (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VPN, etc.).
Help users troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (wired/wireless, printers, VPN).
Track and resolve IT support tickets according to defined SLAs.
Prepare and deploy equipment for new hires, including imaging and onboarding.
Maintain IT inventory (laptops, monitors, docking stations, accessories).
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Contribute to IT documentation (knowledge base, procedures).
Participate in remote client software updates.
Requirements
College diploma or certification in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience).
1 to 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk (internships considered).
Basic knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams and Outlook.
Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Bilingual in French and English required.
