About the role

  • Account Executive managing client relationships for global pharmaceutical brands in a hybrid setting. Leading project management and collaborating with teams for effective delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the disease state and brand areas to be able to contribute meaningful feedback to materials developed
  • Understand your brands so you can be the first level of review before it reaches senior management
  • Establish and maintain effective, trusted, and collaborative working relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal departments
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and dynamics
  • Contribute to the development of strategic and tactical recommendations for client(s)
  • Independently manage daily account activities, including client contact reports, status reports, project plans, tactical development, and execution (both internal and client reviews)
  • Guide the internal team and the client to ensure that work is executed efficiently within timelines and established budgets
  • Proactively monitor market trends and provide client(s) with updates and/or recommendations

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising industry or consistent demonstratable mastery of skills
  • Experience with pharmaceutical/healthcare brands
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, charisma, and a positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and written abilities
