About the role

• Founder's Associate working on internal projects and strategy at VT Netzwelt, a digital tech agency. Collaborating with CEO and teams to optimize processes and implement innovations.

Responsibilities

• Implement internal projects: You support internal strategic initiatives from the initial idea through to implementation.
• Own sub-projects end-to-end: You independently take responsibility for smaller (sub-)projects — for example to optimize processes, implement automations, or improve internal reporting.
• AI-supported process optimization: A key focus is using artificial intelligence purposefully to make internal workflows and processes more efficient.
• Proactive improvements & AI/tool scouting: You contribute to ideation, identify optimization opportunities, and proactively bring forward proposals.
• Rapid prototyping & R&D: Together we develop internal prototypes, evaluate tools and concepts, and validate new ideas.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field — you have a growth mindset and bring an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong problem-solving skills: You are a troubleshooter, think analytically, and find pragmatic solutions even in complex situations.
• Appetite for new things & creativity: You enjoy developing original ideas and taking ownership to turn them into concrete results.
• Technical interest and basic skills (e.g., coding) are a plus but not required — more important are willingness to learn and a fundamental understanding of digital tools and processes.
• Excellent German and English skills — you communicate confidently in both languages.
• Initiative & sense of responsibility: You handle uncertainty confidently and keep your projects independently on track.
• Forward-thinking: You question processes, actively look for improvement opportunities, and bring new ideas to the team.
