About the role
- Chief of Staff driving execution of business plans and cross-functional initiatives for motor insurance in Spain. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to elevate analysis and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Country Manager to translate strategic priorities into concrete initiatives, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects, coordinating stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data, and other functions
- Own high-impact analyses to identify business drivers, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
- Monitor core KPIs, identify trends and root causes, propose corrective actions, and build effective reporting cadences
- Support leadership operating rhythms with executive-ready materials, decision follow-ups, and hands-on execution
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, strategic PMO, corporate strategy, business planning, FP&A, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or another quantitative field
- Spanish (fluent/Native)
- English (professional fluency)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong PowerPoint / Google Slides skills
