Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations across all departments
Support Schools & Academics (departments) with trainer scheduling, prep, and organisation
Coordinate with Camps and Adult Education teams to ensure smooth operations and logistics.
Build, maintain, and improve internal systems, processes, and automations
Ensure clean communication flow across teams and projects
Take ownership of problem-solving and quality control
Assist the CEO with implementing strategic initiatives
Prepare internal documents, plans, communication, and operational materials
Remove operational pressure from CEO so they can focus on growth
Requirements
Have experience in operations, project coordination, education ops, hospitality ops, or similar
Are extremely organised and detail-oriented
Thrive in environments with many moving parts
Communicate clearly, calmly, and kindly
Think in systems - not isolated tasks
Can move fluidly between high-level thinking and hands-on execution
