Responsibilities
Act as an architect for our international workforce footprint.
Lead the end-to-end annual workforce planning cycle for Tech and Product organizations.
Develop sophisticated "what-if" workforce models to forecast the impact of AI adoption, shifting product priorities, and macroeconomic volatility on our talent needs.
Serve as the "connective tissue" between Finance, HR, Recruiting, Real Estate, and Tech Labor Strategy ensuring growth plans are supported by a coordinated plan for recruiting capacity and office infrastructure.
Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Agile Delivery
At least 3 years of experience working with senior stakeholders across different business functions
At least 3 years of experience writing communications and presentations for leadership and non-leadership audiences
Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) (Preferred)
3+ years of experience managing diverse operational functions, such as staffing, budgeting, executing high-level meetings and events (Preferred)
3+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence (Preferred)
2+ years of experience in IT development or support (Preferred)
2+ years of experience as a Chief of Staff (Preferred)
2+ years of experience working closely with executives (Preferred)
