Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities, including outbound calling and outreach
Open doors with FM clients using your technical understanding, not sales scripts
Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers
Understand site requirements, risks and client challenges
Scope maintenance, reactive and small works solutions
Support pricing, proposals and tender responses
Act as the technical bridge between clients and delivery teams
Cold calling is part of the role — but this is consultative, problem-solving sales, not pushy selling
Requirements
Come from an FM, M&E, Electrical or Mechanical engineering background
Understand planned and reactive maintenance environments
Are confident speaking with clients and senior stakeholders
Are comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations
Want a long-term commercial career with progression beyond site work
