About the role

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners on day-to-day operational activities
  • Support the design, organization and execution of current (transformation) projects and develop your own small projects
  • Plan and implement employee development measures
  • Conduct strategic and operational workforce planning
  • Support committee work and prepare documentation and presentations

Requirements

  • Enrolled students in Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences or related fields
  • Good to very good academic performance
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • German language level C1
  • Ideally, initial experience with HR software such as SAP IPS
