About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for end-to-end recruiting for tech roles. Working closely with hiring managers in a fast-paced, innovative environment at VoiceLine.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process with a focus on technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Product, Data, IT)
  • Close, trusted and strategic collaboration with hiring managers as an equal partner
  • Active contribution to and further development of the recruiting function as the second recruiter in the team
  • Participation in strategic recruiting topics and projects (e.g., processes, tools, talent pipelines, hiring strategies)
  • Building sustainable structures for future growth in the tech area
  • Support for employer branding and other projects, as capacity allows

Requirements

  • Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
  • Strong interest in and genuine passion for people and talent topics
  • Team-oriented, collegial working style with strong communication and advisory skills
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders as equal partners
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
