Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process with a focus on technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Product, Data, IT)
Close, trusted and strategic collaboration with hiring managers as an equal partner
Active contribution to and further development of the recruiting function as the second recruiter in the team
Participation in strategic recruiting topics and projects (e.g., processes, tools, talent pipelines, hiring strategies)
Building sustainable structures for future growth in the tech area
Support for employer branding and other projects, as capacity allows
Requirements
Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, ideally in a software or SaaS environment
Strong interest in and genuine passion for people and talent topics
Team-oriented, collegial working style with strong communication and advisory skills
Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders as equal partners
Very good written and spoken German and English
