About the role

  • Sales Executive role at Vodafone focusing on increasing subscriber numbers and motivating partners' sales teams. Leading sales strategies and managing team performance in Central Anatolia.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and leveraging campaigns and activities to increase subscriber number and motivating the partners and their sales team to offer and deploy company's products and services
  • Achieve the realization of the monthly targets of exclusive channel and field sales channels
  • Making the people to obey the company policy documents, ethic codes and principals
  • Having at least 1 successor
  • To implement the sales strategies
  • Planning, budgeting, analysis to ensure
  • To set the targets and objectives within the assigned territory
  • To support the sales points to meet and exceed company goals and their respective objectives
  • To watch market trends to find alternative ways to increase market share and revenue
  • To develop and maintain enviable sales distribution channel
  • To implement company sales strategies

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to think, plan and act strategically
  • Broad Experience in a management role leading teams of field sales professionals
  • Mobile, wireless or telecom industry experience
  • Driving licence
