Responsibilities

Analyse Microsoft incentives for applicability and implement them within Vodafone systems.
Leverage Microsoft programmes such as CSP Briefings and SMB Assessments.
Develop upsell and cross-sell matrices supported by benefit-led messaging and storytelling content.
Use internal and external data (e.g., Cloud Ascent, Escrow, Enlyft) to create targeted campaigns, especially for security solutions.
Build measures to prevent churn, including a robust renewal process integrated with Microsoft pre-sales teams.
Track ROI and KPIs to assess and optimise GTM and marketing initiatives.
Ensure GTM execution aligns with commercial objectives.
Requirements
Experienced in GTM, acceleration, campaign management, and sales enablement.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Data-driven mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and ROI reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficiency in German and English (B2/C1 level).
Familiarity with Microsoft incentives and programmes is desirable.
