About the role

• Scrum Master SR ensuring agile processes in dynamic environments at Vivo. Supporting squads for critical applications with collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the flow of agile processes and support squads dedicated to maintaining critical applications.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective), ensuring engagement and focus on objectives.
• Remove impediments that may affect delivery and support the team in resolving complex problems.
• Promote effective communication between squad members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, ensuring clarity and prioritization of requests.
• Monitor performance metrics (velocity, lead time, customer satisfaction) and propose actions for continuous improvement.
• Act as a change agent, encouraging agile practices, a feedback culture and a collaborative mindset.
• Foster a healthy, high-performance environment by mediating conflicts and encouraging self-organization.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to strengthen agile adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments, preferably in deployment or digital transformation contexts.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and familiarity with other practices such as Kanban, Lean and SAFe.
• Experience with agile management tools, such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps or similar.
• Facilitation of agile ceremonies and workshops.
• Coaching for self-organizing teams.
• Conflict resolution and mediation.
• Clear and effective communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
• Desired certifications: CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSM (Professional Scrum Master).
