Responsibilities
Educate corporate teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), and best practices.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and hands-on activities to build foundational Agile skills across departments.
Oversee the development of Agile teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Act as a mentor and guide for Agile Team Leads, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members to maximize their effectiveness and productivity.
Monitor team progress and provide continuous coaching to foster high-performance teams.
Guide teams and leadership through the Agile adoption and implementation process, tailoring approaches based on organizational culture and strategic goals.
Identify and address challenges within processes, enabling teams to adapt and optimize their workflow.
Provide actionable recommendations for scaling Agile methodologies within the organization.
Encourage organizational leaders and team members to actively embrace Agile values and principles.
Actively work to minimize resistance to change by highlighting Agile’s long-term benefits to productivity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Support leaders in policy and process adjustments needed to sustain Agile success.
Evaluate and assess Agile maturity levels across the organization, facilitating continuous improvement strategies.
Stay current with emerging Agile trends, tools, and certifications to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of Agile best practices.
Foster a culture of transparency, iterative learning, and adaptive decision-making.
Requirements
4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area for Level 2
8 or more years of experience for Level 3
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high-level attention to detail
Ability to analyze systems and procedures
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple design streams across concurrent work effort
Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is desired
Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), or equivalent are highly desirable
