• Responsável por apoiar a execução de projetos e demandas operacionais relacionadas à URA (Unidade de Resposta Audível), com foco em iniciativas de baixa complexidade.
• Atua no levantamento de requisitos, atualização de fluxos de atendimento, testes funcionais, documentação de processos e acompanhamento de cronogramas.
• Colabora com equipes técnicas e de negócio para garantir a correta implementação de ajustes e melhorias nos fluxos de atendimento automatizado, sempre alinhado às diretrizes da companhia e às necessidades dos clientes.
• Também realiza o controle de demandas, apoio na homologação de soluções e suporte na análise de indicadores operacionais.
• Atuar como ponto focal para análise de incidentes relacionados à URA, realizando interface com áreas de negócio, planejamento e times de projeto;
• Acompanhar e apoiar a resolução de incidentes que impactam o funcionamento da URA, garantindo a comunicação entre as partes envolvidas;

• Remove impediments and unblock the team on topics common to digital products, such as: API/back-end dependencies, security, infrastructure, analytics, design system and publication in app stores (App Store/Google Play); alignments with UX/UI, content, SEO and accessibility; release approvals and governance (change, compliance, LGPD);
• Support the evolution of release management practices, including deploy planning, release windows, rollbacks, versioning and stakeholder communication;
• Promote agile culture and engineering best practices together with Tech Lead and Chapter Leads (when applicable), encouraging: technical refinement, team agreements, and improvement of the DoD (tests, code review, observability, documentation);
• Manage stakeholders (Product, UX, Engineering, BI/Analytics, Marketing, Content, Operations), ensuring transparency, alignment and expectation management;
• Support the implementation and use of product and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, lead time, burndown, defect rate, incidents, release stability), as well as digital indicators (e.g., conversion, crash rate, performance, Core Web Vitals, funnel).
