About the role

  • Product manager overseeing the lifecycle of financial products at Vivo, focusing on digital solutions and market engagement for enhanced customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Product Management: Review of customer journeys and implementation of improvements; definition of features and value proposition; development of new products.
  • Post-sales: Analysis and action plans for engagement (payments, upgrades, retention).
  • Metrics: Monitoring sales, origination, delinquency, collections, and attachment to core products.
  • Support Materials: FAQs and content for the customer service center.
  • Campaigns and Communication: Planning and execution of campaigns (media and CRM), and creation of creative materials.
  • Pricing and Performance: Pricing definition/adjustments, performance monitoring, and promotional initiatives.
  • Channel Expansion: Identification and activation of new channels.
  • Financial Management: P&L analysis, projections (sales, revenue, costs), and management of sales-related costs.
  • Strategic Projections.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing financial products or Embedded Finance in Retail.
  • Experience with digital products.
  • Knowledge of LGPD (Brazil’s Data Protection Law), PCI-DSS, and Central Bank (Bacen) regulations.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Pricing and P&L analysis.
  • Advanced Excel / BI tools.
  • Intermediate English.
