About the role
- Senior Finance Planning & Analyst at LUXASIA supporting financial reports and forecasts. Collaborating with teams to enhance data analysis and maintain financial integrity.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly preparation of management reports which include Group Trial Balance, Group PL , Overheads report and Brand & Channel PL.
- Assist in the updating financial presentations and reports for internal business reviews.
- Coordinate with countries finance teams to gather data and ensure timely group reporting.
- Support in annual budget and forecasts, focusing on data compilation from countries for amalgamated Group review and version controls.
- Implement Power Query and Power BI in reporting and develop automated dashboards to enhance data analysis and decision-making.
- Deep dive into SAP master data dimensions across multiple countries to ensure data consistency and assist to drive standardization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years post-qualification experience in Finance and Controlling.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
- Multi-tasker able to achieve deadlines. A team player able to work with multiple teams.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
