About the role

  • Junior Finance Assistant providing essential administrative and operational support in purchasing and inventory management at Aethos Sardinia.

Responsibilities

  • Provides essential administrative and operational support across purchasing, inventory management, and finance
  • Supports day-to-day administrative, purchasing, and financial control activities
  • Monitors inventory levels and ensures accurate stock control
  • Manages delivery schedules and coordinates with suppliers
  • Verifies incoming goods and ensures correct registration in inventory and management systems
  • Posts and registers purchase invoices in the accounting system
  • Performs daily checks of receipts and revenue
  • Carries out daily verification of F&B charges
  • Supports administrative reporting and documentation
  • Coordinates with Finance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure process alignment and data accuracy

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • High level of accuracy in data entry, financial records, and inventory tracking
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and support timely resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems is a plus
  • Understanding of cost control and operational efficiency principles
