About the role

• Consultant in IAM/IDaaS focusing on decentralized identity solutions at Vivo. Collaborating on security projects and implementing solutions with blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational extension of the product vision
• Translate the vision and roadmap defined by the Product Specialist into actionable tasks, guides, examples and recommendations for consuming teams.
• Map the needs of internal and external customers, consolidating feedback, usage frictions and opportunities for platform evolution.
• Assist in defining and monitoring product KPIs (e.g., MFA adoption, % of standardized integrations, average integration time, authentication errors).
• Influence adoption of platform features and track the business impact of those deliveries.
• Enablement and Product Adoption Support
• Conduct training sessions, workshops and technical onboarding with development teams, digital channels, partners and suppliers.
• Create and maintain product materials: integration guides, technical FAQs, code samples, best practices and checklists.
• Guide teams on the correct consumption of APIs, SDKs and flows defined by the product.
• Technical Consulting on Identity Protocols and Standards
• Apply and disseminate best integration practices using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, SCIM and NIST SP 800-63, according to standards established by the Product Specialist.
• Support application architecture reviews to ensure adherence to the capabilities of the identity platform.
• Technical Operations, Troubleshooting and Quality of Experience
• Perform detailed diagnostics of authentication, authorization, MFA, tokens, sessions, claims and policy failures.
• Monitor operational metrics and suggest actions to improve availability, resilience and response times.
• Work with the Product Specialist to prioritize fixes and improvements based on real customer experience impact.
• Applied Security and Control Execution
• Support the implementation of corporate security standards: OWASP ASVS, API Security, CIS Benchmarks and policies defined by the identity product.
• Assist teams in the correct use of Vault/Secret Managers, secret rotation, PKI/KMS/HSM and cryptographic best practices.
• Product Lifecycle Support
• Perform structured feedback collection, grouping themes by impact, recurrence and potential value.
• Help build technical user stories, acceptance criteria and identity functional requirements.
• Suggest improvements and new capabilities based on analysis of real usage and team demands.
• Collaboration with the Product Specialist
• Provide inputs for strategic decisions: adoption data, technical bottlenecks, consumer needs.
• Participate in roadmap ceremonies, technical discovery and validations.
• Serve as the “operational arm” in implementing product guidelines, ensuring standardization and governance.

Requirements

• Experience in IAM/CIAM/IDaaS in technical roles, support, consulting or integrations.
• Understanding of protocols OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, JWT, as defined in the original documentation.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, integrations and object-oriented languages (Java, Kotlin, C#, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of cloud and Kubernetes.
• Strong technical communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholder profiles.
• Desired
• Experience with platforms such as Auth0, Okta, Azure AD B2C, ForgeRock, AWS Cognito.
• Product knowledge (roadmap, discovery, KPIs, user journey).
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, automation and secure pipelines.
• Certifications in cloud, security or IAM.
