Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key players in the European energy market
- Plan, implement and manage projects in areas such as energy trading, risk management, sales trading and cloud hosting
- Analyze business and IT processes, identify requirements and design trading solutions
- Improve customers’ use of our solutions and optimize their individual setups
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction — you will be the main point of contact for our customers
- Contribute to the development of our products in a changing and growing market
- Expand your knowledge of energy trading and trading technologies
- Support our sales team with your expertise
Requirements
- Valid work permit
- Degree in (business) informatics, science, technology, engineering, mathematics, business administration or a comparable field of study or training
- Extensive practical experience in project management, requirements engineering, business analysis, and the design and specification of trading solutions
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and an independent, very precise working style
- Strong passion for IT; knowledge of hosting, cloud, infrastructure, SQL, databases, XML or development skills is an advantage
- Enjoy tackling project challenges in order to deliver and implement customer requirements
- Ideally, some previous experience in energy/commodity trading and customer acquisition
- Very good command of English (C1)
- German language skills are a plus
