Content Curation Analyst for HR team at Vivo, focusing on strategic communication and impactful content creation. Responsible for improving internal and external communication materials.
Responsibilities
Curate and produce HR content with a focus on clarity, conciseness and accessibility;
Identify opportunities to improve existing content based on data analysis and employee feedback;
Prioritize requests based on criticality and impact on the employee experience;
Develop and monitor action plans for continuous improvement of content;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and up-to-date information;
Create and track performance indicators related to employee satisfaction with available content;
Propose and implement improvements aimed at increasing self-service rates and reducing service tickets.
Requirements
Previous experience in content curation, internal communications or HR-related areas;
Analytical skills to interpret data and set priorities;
Excellent written communication with a strong user-experience focus;
Proactivity, organization and strategic thinking.
Preferred:
A university degree in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Education (Pedagogy) or related fields is a plus;
