Responsibilities
- **What You´ll Do**
- Synchronize weekly product updates from Sales Engineering into all marketing content.
- Maintain structured content spreadsheets and image collections used by the design team as inputs for the automated design systems, localization workflow, and design updates across all the printed materials.
- Update and format slide decks in multiple languages.
- Keep content inventories accurate, version-controlled, and compliant with classification rules.
- Perform quality checks for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and terminology.
Requirements
- **What You’ll Need**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technical Communication, Information Management, or related fields. Or alternatively, a STEM degree accompanied with experience in marketing or technical writing.
- Experience in a cross-over of an engineering and marketing fields.
- 1–3 years in slide deck management, documentation, localization coordination, or similar structured roles within military, aviation or UAV organization, with exposure to security-controlled content.
- Strong spreadsheet skills; excellent written English; good PowerPoint formatting ability.
- Ability to interpret technical information and maintain strict accuracy.
- Strong organizational habits and version-control discipline.
- Comfortable with repetitive, accuracy-critical tasks.
- English fluency is required, other additional language would be considered a plus.
