About the role
- Analista responsible for Visual Merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer experience. Work in Vivo's stores to ensure brand identity across locations.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Visual Merchandising strategies for Vivo's company-operated stores.
- Ensure the standardization of product and promotion displays, aligned with the brand's identity.
- Develop and apply planograms and store layouts for store zoning/departmentalization.
- Monitor store build-outs, openings and remodels.
- Research and propose market innovations to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate visual strategies into commercial campaigns.
Requirements
- Degree in Design or Architecture preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/layouts.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising, including store zoning/department layout.
- Experience with store setup/installation (planning and execution).
- Experience creating and applying planograms.
- Preferred: knowledge of design tools and layout software.
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work on different projects and meet varying deadlines.
