About the role

  • Digital Marketing Analyst at Vivo enhancing e-commerce sales through strategic implementations and data-driven insights. Collaborating cross-functionally to boost performance metrics and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Build weekly and monthly reports in Sheets/Docs and present results, translating strategic and operational movements for different hierarchical levels and areas.
  • Manage the media budget, defining efficient allocation and continuously seeking the best cost-to-return ratio.
  • Work effectively with data, marketing and branding teams to ensure production of creatives and landing pages, tracking, tags, UTMs and integration with tools such as GA4, GTM and similar.
  • Monitor business team results in coordination with focal points.
  • Leverage AI tools to gain scale and speed.
  • Translate marketing objectives into strategies and measurement plans based on statistical approaches.
  • Ensure the agency’s execution follows e‑commerce and performance best practices.
  • Coordinate execution with the agency team, monitoring KPIs on a daily basis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with analytics platforms Google Analytics 360 (GA360) and GA4.
  • Knowledge of DV360, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, affiliate networks, etc.
  • Proficiency in Excel for creating control spreadsheets and reports.
  • Experience preparing presentations in PowerPoint (PPT).
  • Basic understanding of cloud architectures for media and SQL.
  • Basic understanding of tagging ecosystems and dataLayer.
  • Ability to build relationships and work across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, tracking with GTM, and how pixels and conversions work.
  • Experience with automation and creating media operation routines using AI is desirable.
