Responsibilities
Lead a three-month project to design a next-generation Defense Meteorology marketing strategy
Conduct desk research on defense-market engagement
Analyze existing customer and campaign data
Refine key audience segments and their information needs
Benchmark different channel strategies and tactics for the defense context
Create a practical, evidence-based Defense Market Engagement Playbook
Support marketing and sales teams to better understand priority defense audiences
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and regional teams
Requirements
University student in a relevant field such as business, marketing, international business, industrial engineering and management, political science, or security/defense studies
Strong analytical skills and enjoy structuring research questions
Comfortable using common office tools and creating clear, visual presentations in English
Experience with marketing, analytics, or CRM tools is considered an advantage
Additional language skills are considered an advantage
Curious, proactive, and able to work independently
Open to feedback and ready to iterate your thinking as new information emerges
