Work closely with US Commercial Shoulder and Upper Extremities Marketing team to complete specifically identified Intern projects
Present project conclusion to senior leadership
Attend Sales Training (travel may be required)
Interface with Orthopedic Surgeons
Observe Orthopedic live surgical cases or cadaveric labs
Requirements
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s, (i.e. Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Accounting, etc.)
Previous applicable internship, co-op, part-time, or academic project experience in operations or process improvement is preferred
Strong communication skills including technical writing, listening and speaking; ability to influence others.
Must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive project completion.
High learning agility with the ability to analyze and synthesize data.
Independent thinking and the ability to work within a team is required.
Ability to assess technical issues and develop solutions utilizing an analytical approach to problem solving.
Requires the ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple tasks, assignment changes, periodic heavy workload, rapidly changing technology, and dynamic business growth; time management and organization skills are a must.
