Responsibilities
Manage client portfolios, analyzing and defining the best strategy for the account plan;
Develop strategies to drive new business, revenue growth and billing;
Act in a consultative manner with clients, conducting on-site visits and identifying business opportunities and improvements;
Monitor projects and liaise with internal departments;
Increase client satisfaction levels;
Keep the company's management reports up to date;
Ensure sales and revenue targets are met;
Manage existing contracts, following up on renewals, amendments and expirations;
Identify opportunities to develop new business and solutions for clients;
Analyze and monitor market developments in the client's operating segment;
Oversee client account review processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in corporate sales;
Proven experience selling IT products and Cloud services;
Proven experience selling IT solutions, data protection, Big Data, Data Analytics and IaaS solutions;
Strong negotiation skills;
Must have a personal vehicle for travel within the area of operation;
Availability to travel.
