  • Technical Manager overseeing staff and project production in the National Technology Practice at AtkinsRéalis. Ensuring quality technical services and client satisfaction with a focus on growth and development.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the staff and work production of a technical work unit
  • Provides leadership and technical guidance to staff
  • Manages project production, acquisition/client relations, and financial management
  • Conducts performance reviews and career planning sessions
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and quality control standards
  • Participates in marketing and maintaining client relationships
  • Approves purchase requests for capital items

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in field of practice
  • Post graduate degree preferred
  • Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
  • 10 years of experience since B.S.
  • At least three years in project management or supervisory roles
  • Professional registration in field of practice is required, if available (e.g., P.E., A.I.C.P., R.A., or R.L.A.)
  • Excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage individuals and teams, provide leadership, and manage project production.
  • Must have business vision and excellent communication skills.
