About the role
- Product Owner for AI product development at Vivo, leading teams and projects driving digital transformation. Engaging in innovative solutions and managing product roadmaps for a transformative digital experience.
Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the product you manage and keep abreast of market developments;
- Lead the squad and manage the prioritization framework, discovery (requirements gathering, solution design, prototyping, testing, etc.) and the product roadmap for your area of responsibility, overseeing development and delivery to production;
- Maintain communication with other squads, engineering and other areas to collect ideas for product evolution;
- Qualify and convert ideas into epics and user stories, prioritize them and help break down tasks into sprints together with other team members;
- Ensure that prioritized work is completed as planned, assisting with escalation of blockers;
- Define and monitor product and model KPIs and outcomes, and measure impact and feasibility for proofs of concept (POCs);
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for software engineering and AI teams.
Requirements
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Spanish is a strong plus;
- Advanced knowledge of Functional Analysis and interview techniques, requirements elicitation and understanding customer needs, with substantial experience working with business teams in large organizations;
- Advanced knowledge of Design Thinking techniques;
- Strong understanding of the software engineering lifecycle and development practices;
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies/practices; Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a significant advantage;
- Advanced experience in structuring and using agile management tools (e.g., Jira), controlling product roadmaps, creating issues, generating reports and tracking agile team velocity;
- Basic knowledge of database systems, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data is a strong plus;
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration;
- Specializations in Project Management or Technology and related courses are differentiators.
