Responsibilities
Act as Product Manager for the portfolio of digital products and services, focusing on internalizing external solutions (streaming, digital ecosystems and value-added services for broadband);
Translate business needs into clear requirements for technical teams, ensuring alignment between strategy, scope and execution;
Define and evolve the product roadmap, considering strategic objectives, financial impact, technical dependencies and customer experience;
Work directly with Technology and Architecture teams, organizing the backlog, prioritizing requests and participating in agile rituals (refinement, planning, reviews);
Lead integration initiatives via APIs, platforms and integrator projects, overseeing technical requirements, flows, SLAs and operational impacts;
Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for evolution and innovation in the digital portfolio;
Build and monitor business cases, assessing feasibility, ROI, margin and impact on metrics such as ARPU, churn and incremental revenue;
Monitor product KPIs and propose continuous improvements;
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, CX, Operations and Finance to ensure consistent and sustainable launches.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner working with digital products, platforms or ecosystems;
Strong ability to act as an interface between Business and IT, structuring requests and connecting strategy with technical execution;
Experience in platform development, integrations, APIs and complex technology projects;
Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management;
Analytical profile with strong command of product metrics and business indicators;
Knowledge of SQL for business data analysis and validation will be considered a significant advantage;
Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills;
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
