Responsibilities
- Conduct investigations arising from the whistleblower/reporting channel, ensuring appropriate, impartial, and confidential handling;
- Conduct preliminary analysis of reports, assess risk, and define investigative strategy;
- Plan and conduct interviews with involved parties and witnesses;
- Collect, analyze, and organize documentary, electronic, and testimonial evidence;
- Prepare investigation reports that are objective, clear, and technically sound;
- Ensure deadlines are met, as well as the integrity and traceability of information;
- Collaborate with support areas: Human Resources, Labor Relations, LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), Risk and Internal Controls, IT, among others;
- Monitor follow-ups and action plans resulting from investigations;
- Contribute to improving policies, procedures, and internal controls;
- Serve as a technical reference and provide support to less experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields;
- Experience in corporate investigations, compliance, internal audit, risk, or related areas;
- Practical experience with a whistleblower/reporting channel in a corporate environment;
- Knowledge of applicable legislation: FCPA, UK Bribery Act (UKBA), CLT (Brazilian Labor Code), LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law), Anti-Corruption Law, among others;
- Experience conducting investigative interviews and performing critical analysis of evidence;
- Ability to draft technical and executive reports;
- Familiarity with corporate systems and information analysis tools;
- Certifications in Compliance, Corporate Investigations, Audit, or Fraud Prevention are desirable;
- Intermediate to advanced English;
