Responsibilities
Monitor pending items and manage the calendar for the Ethics and Integrity Committee;
Monitor and register crisis situations; prepare minutes, track pending items, and maintain records and reports for the Privacy and Personal Data Committee;
Respond to inquiries regarding Personal Data;
Monitor the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority) website for new regulations and updates;
Manage internal policies;
Support trainings and internal communications;
Manage Compliance and Privacy channels.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law
Additional courses: Compliance and Privacy/Personal Data
Languages: Advanced English, intermediate Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice-to-have: Experience developing and delivering training, managing internal policies and/or a Code of Conduct, and experience with compliance/personal data programs or software
