About the role

  • Construction Compliance Coordinator ensuring safety compliance for Edward Don projects. Responsible for vendor setup, documentation, and collaboration with various departments on compliance matters.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall compliance needs for projects
  • Involved in all aspects of safety compliance documentation for Edward Don and their sub-tiers and vendors
  • Assist with vendor setup, project lien releases, public works compliance, OCIP/CCIP Enrollments, insurance certificates
  • Working directly with Contract Department, Project Managers, General Contractors and sub-contractors, and Purchasing Department.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in commercial construction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Problem solving capabilities
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of prevailing wage laws for Oregon, Washington and California.
