Responsibilities
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies and campaigns for the Middle East, India, and Africa territories.
Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve key objectives, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Sales, and product teams, to ensure alignment to drive results.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform and enhance performance marketing strategies.
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and optimize ad targeting.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance across territories using relevant metrics and KPIs.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure efficient execution of campaigns.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in a similar role in a commercial marketing environment
Fluent in English and Arabic, with proficient communication skills
In-platform expertise with relevant performance marketing platforms and attribution tools e.g. Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, Dynamics, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Suite, Campaign Monitor, Litmus or similar
Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis
