Performance Marketing Executive driving US digital campaigns for Wild Cosmetics. Collaborating on marketing strategies and optimising performance across paid media channels.
Responsibilities
Execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns for the US across all paid platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels
Manage campaigns to tight efficiency guardrails, including monitoring and optimising Cost of Acquisition (CAC) and other relevant KPIs
Demonstrate detailed orientation and commercial acumen in campaign management and optimisation
Collaborate with product, influencer, brand, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives for the US and are market-relevant
Conduct data analysis and use the insights to make data-backed decisions
Actively participate in training programs to enhance proficiency across all performance marketing platforms
Requirements
Deep understanding of the US market
Genuine passion and interest in performance marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies
An ambitious, curious, and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data
Experience with Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting purposes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience of the US market is a plus!
