Marketing Executive supporting branding and employee communications at Esland. Collaborating with teams to enhance the Employee Value Proposition and positive reviews.
Responsibilities
You will champion the Esland brand, ensuring all collateral both internally and externally are in line with our brand guidelines and signed off by the Marketing Manager.
Actively support the business development teams develop communications material to support delivery of new activities to customers – e.g., outsourced education projects and assessment homes
Support the Marketing Manager with developing the EVP contact strategy.
Support the Marketing Manager with increasing positive reviews across key recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor and Google.
Work closely with the Home Managers and Clinician teams to create a portfolio of young people in our care and their positive outcomes.
Take ownership of SharePoint and its role as a communication tool at Esland.
Support the Marketing Manager with the continuous development of the website and its content.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for reporting on our key internal and external social media channels.
Support the *Executive team* with administrative tasks including, booking meetings, taking minutes
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing, internal communications, or engagement role
Minimum 1 years’ experience in care sector
Confident ability to influence and communicate at all levels
Super organised, detailed orientated with the skills to manage multiple projects
3 plus years’ experience using Microsoft Office- particularly Powerpoint.
