About the role

  • Partnerships Manager responsible for expanding B2B accounts at Vio travel tech. Manage partner relationships to optimize performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term, sustainable and profitable relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, conversion, price competitiveness, and content quality
  • Identify gaps in rate competitiveness and availability
  • Negotiate improved commercial terms, overrides, and tactical promotions
  • Proactively identify supply opportunities in priority destinations and segments
  • Analyze partner-level performance and provide clear insights on trends and fluctuations
  • Identify and resolve mapping gaps and pricing inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve attribution, reporting clarity, and profitability
  • Oversee integration health, including connectivity stability, price accuracy, content completeness, and error rates
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve API, mapping, or availability issues
  • Ensure partners meet SLAs and contractual obligations
  • Support onboarding of new partners
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion or exclusive/secret deals
  • Contribute to supply diversification and risk mitigation strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in travel, OTA, bedbank, wholesaler, or hotel distribution
  • Strong understanding of B2B travel supply models and commercial mechanics
  • Experience managing external partners and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Structured, proactive, and commercially driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to build mutual trust among counterparts
  • Curiosity to understand the business, strategy and requirements to further drive Vio growth
  • A creative approach: you are not afraid to try out new ways of working and to challenge the status quo
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with hotel connectivity (API/XML integrations)
  • Knowledge of rate types (net rates, dynamic pricing) and rate distribution rules
  • Experience working in an international environment, preferably in a (remote-friendly) scale-up.
