As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will manage business development in the Healthcare sector across Europe for CEVA Logistics. This role involves client relationship management and strategic account planning.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of new and existing business within the Healthcare sector across Europe
Evaluating the regional market to identify potential customers and opportunities
Active solutions selling and client development
Leading the development and implementation of account plans
Relationship building at ‘C’ level
Competitor analysis and stakeholder mapping
Leading complex negotiations with customers
Managing P&L and accounts receivable for Europe
Providing reports and business overviews to stakeholders
Collaborating with operational leaders to formulate effective marketing strategies
Requirements
Significant knowledge and experience in the Healthcare sector
Defined and developed network of clients and contacts
Strong commercial and business acumen skills
Natural negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships
Experience of working in a global/regional matrixed organisation
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
Ability to communicate in French is desirable
