About the role

  • As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will manage business development in the Healthcare sector across Europe for CEVA Logistics. This role involves client relationship management and strategic account planning.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of new and existing business within the Healthcare sector across Europe
  • Evaluating the regional market to identify potential customers and opportunities
  • Active solutions selling and client development
  • Leading the development and implementation of account plans
  • Relationship building at ‘C’ level
  • Competitor analysis and stakeholder mapping
  • Leading complex negotiations with customers
  • Managing P&L and accounts receivable for Europe
  • Providing reports and business overviews to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with operational leaders to formulate effective marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Significant knowledge and experience in the Healthcare sector
  • Defined and developed network of clients and contacts
  • Strong commercial and business acumen skills
  • Natural negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build strategic partnerships
  • Experience of working in a global/regional matrixed organisation
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English
  • Ability to communicate in French is desirable
