Responsibilities

Requirements
Strong ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
Confident communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing senior client contacts and complex client situations.
Good commercial awareness, able to balance client needs with service quality and commercial considerations.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Solid understanding of IT service delivery and managed services environments.
Calm, professional, and confident when handling sensitive or challenging conversations.
Takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution.
