About the role

  • Senior Client Relationship Manager overseeing a portfolio of larger and complex clients. Providing guidance and managing client expectations while ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of large and medium clients.
  • Act as contract and escalation owner for assigned accounts.
  • Lead complex client conversations around security, risk, and lifecycle planning.
  • Deliver structured in-person and remote client reviews annually.
  • Manage client onboarding sign-offs.
  • Ensure all clients meet ITVET Minimum Security Standards.
  • Balance client needs with commercial viability.
  • Support complex solution discussions.
  • Support training and development of CRMs and Coordinators.
  • Act as a senior escalation point.
  • Help uphold consistent standards across the CRM function.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
  • Confident communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing senior client contacts and complex client situations.
  • Good commercial awareness, able to balance client needs with service quality and commercial considerations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Solid understanding of IT service delivery and managed services environments.
  • Calm, professional, and confident when handling sensitive or challenging conversations.
  • Takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution.
