About the role

  • Account Manager managing client relationships for a fintech that simplifies accounting processes. Fostering partnerships and client retention within a data-driven SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reduce churn rate and increase retention across your client portfolio
  • Use our tools and your market knowledge to analyze and forecast sales opportunities
  • Increase monthly recurring revenue and average subscription value (upsell)
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Develop a successful customer buying journey
  • Support marketing initiatives by representing the company at events as an industry expert
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 partner firms in tandem with a CSM
  • Follow processes and handle administrative tasks using our internal tools (Salesforce, Salesloft).

Requirements

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of priorities
  • Proven ability to drive customer retention
  • Prior experience in sales within a Tech or SaaS environment is a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge
  • Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
  • Strong communicator, solution-oriented (problem-solver)
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Eagerness to learn, open to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Ability to meet (and exceed) targets
  • Professional English (B2–C1 level).
