Responsibilities
Reduce churn rate and increase retention across your client portfolio
Use our tools and your market knowledge to analyze and forecast sales opportunities
Increase monthly recurring revenue and average subscription value (upsell)
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Develop a successful customer buying journey
Support marketing initiatives by representing the company at events as an industry expert
Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 partner firms in tandem with a CSM
Follow processes and handle administrative tasks using our internal tools (Salesforce, Salesloft).
Requirements
Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of priorities
Proven ability to drive customer retention
Prior experience in sales within a Tech or SaaS environment is a strong plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge
Comfortable working both collaboratively and independently
