About the role

  • Account Manager Sr managing a portfolio of public sector clients in Brazil. Focusing on relationship building and cloud solutions sales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of government clients.
  • Map government departments, autonomous agencies and other strategic bodies.
  • Build relationships with technical stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Conduct commercial processes in compliance with public-sector legislation and procedures.
  • Sell solutions in Cloud, Security, Data & Analytics, and Infrastructure Modernization.
  • Work collaboratively with pre-sales, architecture, legal and procurement/bidding teams.
  • Monitor public tenders and government opportunities.
  • Ensure contract retention, renewal and expansion.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2G (Business-to-Government) sales.
  • Knowledge of public procurement (tendering) processes and administrative contracts.
  • Experience selling technology solutions.
  • Experience with complex, long sales cycles.
