Responsibilities
Planning and engineering of building automation stations based on functional descriptions or system schematics
Development of modern application software for heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
Programming and parameterization of DDC systems and management stations
Performing commissioning, datapoint and functional tests on-site at customer locations
Maintenance and optimization of systems during operation
Close collaboration with customers, specialist planners and internal departments to align technical requirements
Documenting your solutions — from functional descriptions to user-friendly interfaces
Requirements
Certified technician (state-approved) or Bachelor's degree (m/f/d) in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or Building Services Engineering
Career changers welcome with completed vocational training and initial professional experience in automation technology or building automation
Understanding of communication protocols for building automation (e.g. BACnet, KNX, Modbus)
Experience with programming tools is advantageous
