About the role

Responsibilities
- Assistive tasks for maintenance and repairs of buildings and technical systems
- Monitoring and inspection of building services/technical systems, including heating, ventilation and sanitary systems (HVAC/plumbing)
- Coordination and supervision of external service providers/tradespeople for specialized repairs or maintenance work
- Support in maintaining exterior grounds, including gardening, winter service (snow clearance), and waste management
- Performing general caretaker/handyman duties
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade
- Ideally in SHK (sanitary, heating, air-conditioning) or in building services/technical systems
- Some initial professional experience in facility management is desirable
