About the role

  • Facility Manager managing building maintenance and technical services with external contractors. Engaging in various support duties and ensuring proper operation of technical systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assistive tasks for maintenance and repairs of buildings and technical systems
  • Monitoring and inspection of building services/technical systems, including heating, ventilation and sanitary systems (HVAC/plumbing)
  • Coordination and supervision of external service providers/tradespeople for specialized repairs or maintenance work
  • Support in maintaining exterior grounds, including gardening, winter service (snow clearance), and waste management
  • Performing general caretaker/handyman duties

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a skilled trade
  • Ideally in SHK (sanitary, heating, air-conditioning) or in building services/technical systems
  • Some initial professional experience in facility management is desirable
  • Committed, reliable, resilient, solution-oriented and able to work independently
