- Merchandise Manager responsible for planning and optimizing assortments for OPUS & someday in online and outlets. Collaborating closely with outlet teams and marketing for effective strategies.
Responsibilities
- Du planst, steuerst und optimierst das Sortiment für Online & Outlets inklusive effizienter Preisgestaltung und Sicherstellung der Warenverfügbarkeit
- Unsere Offprice Vermarktungsstrategie, Markttrends und definierte Timings behältst du fest im Blick, analysierst Aktionen und Kennzahlen und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ab
- Du planst die monatlichen Warenübernahmen und das Visual Merchandising in den Outlet Stores unter Berücksichtigung von Markenvorgaben
- Unsere Shopping-Club Partnerschaften werden von dir optimal betreut und entwickelt
- Für eine optimale Vermarktung stehst du mit den Outlet-Teams und dem Offprice Marketing fortlaufend in engem Austausch
Requirements
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, E-Commerce, Fashion Management) und / oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Spaß daran, in einem hoch expansiven Bereich in eine vielseitige Aufgabe hineinzuwachsen, in der du dich laufend weiterentwickeln kannst
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Merchandise Management, vorzugsweise in der Fashion-Branche
- Analytisches Denken und Handeln anhand von KPIs, verbunden mit einem Enthusiasmus und Gespür für Mode
- Eine planvolle und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Umsetzungs- und Lösungsorientierung
- Eine starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Systemen und digitalen Tools und dem Entwickeln von Prozessen
