About the role

  • Analytics Engagement Manager acting as liaison between CFO organization and technical data teams. Overseeing analytics product delivery roadmap and ensuring alignment with business value.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary interface between CFO/Finance leadership and Data & Engineering teams.
  • Translate strategic financial questions into structured data modeling and analytics requirements.
  • Define and manage the end-to-end analytics product lifecycle—from discovery to adoption.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized delivery roadmap aligned with CFO objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops with FP&A, Controllership, Strategy, and Business Finance stakeholders.
  • Ensure analytical outputs are aligned with Telco-specific business drivers.
  • Drive governance, data quality standards, and performance metrics for analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Analytics Product Management, FP&A, or Data Strategy roles.
  • Prior experience supporting CFO organizations in a Telco or similar large enterprise environment.
