About the role

  • Key Account Manager at Axians Infoma responsible for sales area management and customer relations. Leading IT project consulting and customized solutions focusing on public sector.

Responsibilities

  • Independent management and dynamic development of the assigned sales territory with direct impact on business success
  • Active management of existing customer relationships and targeted acquisition of prospective clients with a strategic focus
  • Consulting and sale of tailored IT, software, and digitalization projects
  • Central role in professionally handling public tenders: analysis, coordination, preparation of compelling proposals and presentation of tailored solutions to decision-makers
  • Preparation of accurate quotes and contracts as well as negotiation and successful deal closure
  • Organization and participation in targeted events with prospects, customers and partners to strengthen market presence and nurture relationships

Requirements

  • Solid, several years of sales experience in consulting and the successful sale of ICT, ERP or DMS solutions
  • Degree in business administration, computer science, or an equivalent qualification with relevant practical experience
  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style with a strong results orientation
  • Strong communicator and empathetic personality with pronounced initiative and enjoyment in customer contact
  • Hands-on mentality: flexible, resilient, motivated and always solution-oriented
  • Professional demeanour combined with a convincing presence and strong impact in customer settings
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital affinity
  • Business-fluent German (written and spoken) and good English skills; French and/or Italian are a plus
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to act independently
  • Solid understanding of contract law (OR – Swiss Code of Obligations) and confident handling of legal frameworks
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B)
  • Experience working with public administrations, particularly with tendering processes, is a clear advantage
