About the role

  • Key Account Manager driving partnerships for rare blood disorder care in Switzerland. Promoting rare blood disorder portfolio and contributing to launch activities with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Promote Novo Nordisk’s rare blood disorder portfolio to healthcare professionals, hospitals, and key decision makers
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships across a complex Swiss ecosystem where long-term partnership is essential
  • Collaborate closely with medical, marketing, and sales colleagues to ensure aligned scientific communication and impactful execution
  • Contribute proactively to launch readiness activities for the upcoming portfolio expansion
  • Act with a high degree of autonomy, taking ownership of the territory while driving results with ambition and confidence

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology, medicine, or other relevant field
  • +7 years of experience in the Swiss pharmaceutical market with focus on haemophilia, rare blood disorders or rare disease
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse markets, key accounts, and engage in science-driven discussions
  • Strong collaboration skills with proven proactive engagement across medical, marketing, and commercial teams
  • Autonomy, drive, and commercial ambition to build and expand a portfolio before and during launch
  • Fluency in German, French and English
