About the role

  • Ad Sales & Partnerships Manager at KAYAK driving advertising revenue through developing non-endemic partnerships in Latin America. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and managing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen and grow business relationships with non-travel partners such as DMOs, Financial Institutions and other consumer brands.
  • Identify opportunities, build its own pipeline, pitch integrated media solutions and close new deals.
  • Coordinate and lead meetings with internal stakeholders and clients, providing a first-class service.
  • Develop a commercial strategy with media agencies and direct clients for long-term sustained success
  • Create proposals and pitch decks to bring to partners.
  • Effectively manage its own sales pipeline from the prospecting phase to the closing.
  • Work closely with the Client Success Team to build and maintain strong client relationships, including ongoing consultation and support.
  • Drive implementation of client plans across multiple teams and products.
  • Work with the Regional Director to identify and maximize market opportunities.

Requirements

  • +8-10 years of relevant experience in commercializing Digital Advertising
  • Proven experience in dealing with Media Agencies across different countries in LATAM
  • Relevant experience in online industry. Proven knowledge of online marketing metrics and tracking. Solid understanding of the online media industry (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Google Analytics, etc)
  • Deep knowledge of the Latin American online landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Spanish speaker & English fluency (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of commercial and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently
  • Proven track record of exceeding expectations through superior account management
  • Target driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver on targets results
  • Ability to manage projects of varying size and scope simultaneously while prioritizing appropriately
  • Ability to effectively liaison with KAYAK stakeholders
  • Good sense of humor. We are looking for an individual that likes working in an unstructured, fast paced environment
  • BA/BS degree required
